Nanomag Poles combine the flexibility of composite poles with the thermal, magnetic, and chemical robustness of samarium-cobalt. Our product portfolio offers:

  • Outer diameter 20 - 120 mm
  • Inner diameter 16 - 110 mm, H7
  • Substrate: Stainless steel
  • Magnetic layer: SmCo (Samarium-Cobalt)
  • Ring height minimum 3 mm (single track) or 6 mm (double track) - flexibly selectable, without restrictions on robustness and product properties
  • Extreme lightweight construction possible - without compromising robustness
  • Pure metallic component - resistant to all common oils and fats as well as organic solvents, saltwater, salt solutions, and aqueous bases
  • Inert to radioactive radiation and electromagnetic pulses (demagnetisation practically impossible)
  • No restrictions on speed and temperature - even simultaneously!
  • Extremely efficient use of magnetic material - no dependence on international supply chains - sourcing from European sources ensured!

Our portfolio includes purely metallic magnetic poles based on Samarium-Cobalt (SmCo) with a radial magnetic layer. Both wall thickness and ring height can be flexibly adapted to the respective application without losing the described properties.
